Payment and shipping

 

The products are delivered worldwide with DHL-Warenpost.

Shipping costs:

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

We deliver within Germany free of charge for purchases over €20. For orders with a purchase value of less than €20, we charge a flat shipping fee of €3.70.

Deliveries abroad:

We deliver outside Germany free of charge for purchases over €25. For orders with a purchase value of less than €25, we charge a flat shipping fee of €6.50.

Delivery times:

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the delivery of goods within the country (Germany) takes place within 2 - 3 days, for deliveries abroad within 5 - 20 days after conclusion of the contract.

Please note that no delivery takes place on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in a single shipment, unless we have made a different agreement with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time.
