Delivery area and shipping service providers

We deliver within Germany as well as to the international countries available for selection during the checkout process.

Shipping is handled by Deutsche Post DHL. Depending on the delivery country and the size of the order, delivery may be carried out as a DHL small package (Kleinpaket), DHL package, or Warenpost International.

Shipping costs

Deliveries within Germany

For orders of €25.00 or more, we offer free shipping within Germany.

For orders below €25.00, we charge a shipping fee of €3.70 per order.

International deliveries

For orders of €30.00 or more, we offer free shipping to the international countries available for selection during the checkout process.

For orders below €30.00, we charge a shipping fee of €6.50 per order.

All stated shipping costs include the statutory VAT.

Deliveries to non-EU countries

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, import sales taxes, or other fees may apply. These costs are not included in our prices or shipping costs and are levied by the relevant customs or tax authorities, not by us.

Please check with the relevant authorities in your delivery country regarding possible additional costs before placing your order.

Delivery times

Unless a different delivery time is specified for the respective product, the following delivery times apply:

• Germany: 2–3 business days
• International deliveries: 5–20 business days

Business days within the meaning of these delivery time specifications are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

For orders containing multiple items with different delivery times, we generally ship the order in a single shipment, unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the delivery time for the entire order will be based on the item with the longest stated delivery time.

Payment methods

In our online shop, the following payment methods are available to you – depending on the delivery country and the availability displayed during the checkout process:

• PayPal
• Purchase on account via Klarna
• Credit card payment via Shopify Payments
